The different stages of training in the practice of Reiki allow to acquire autonomy
to maintain health, to harmonize one’s own vital energy and to progress towards its «ataraxia» (absolute quietude of the soul or Anshin Ritsumei in Japanese) advocated by Mikao Usui.
Each one chooses its degree of learning, its speed of progression,
the pause time at each stage and how far it progresses.
The level 1 of Reiki
Shokyu
The theoretical and practical learning of what Reiki is, its origin, how it works and learn self-care techniques, to balance itself its energy, its vital force daily for its preventive and healing benefits. This initiation also allows you to start helping your loved ones and your environment.
Level 1 requires a period of 21 days to assimilate the routine, like any energetic «discipline». Then it will be your choice to practice in continuity, more or less assiduously to find your natural ability to put Reiki in your life.
The level 2 of Reiki
Chukyu
Level 2 of Reiki brings a «empuissancement» of his feelings by learning the vibratory power of the first 3 symbols and mantras of REIKI USUI: (traditional + western version). You will also learn more advanced methods of caring for others, and can become a professional practitioner by adding Reiki to complement your activity, or even become a Reiki practitioner.
THE LEVEL 3 OF REIKI
Jyokyu
During the Reiki Level 3 training we learn the 4th symbol and reach a new level of elevation or spiritual improvement that reflects on our life in general, thanks to a deeper understanding of the fundamental principles initiated by Mikao Usui. This part disappeared in the so-called Western Reiki, so the Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki calls it «The lost half» (study during the history of Reiki).
This stage of teaching allows us to reach a state “To be Reiki”.
The level 4 of Reiki
Shihan
And finally the level 4 of the traditional Japanese Reiki Usui, is the evolutionary step to become Reiki Master, ie become a teacher «Shihan», theoretical and practical teaching that requires personal work over several weeks.

Mikao Usui formalized the use of Reiki, to allow a transmission of the teaching in order to help the students to tend towards their deep inner peace: the state of "Anshin Ritsumei".

During the trainings, we transmit the method of using Reiki, the energy of the universe, formalized by Mikao Usui. Students will learn to use the Reiki that circulates in them. They do not receive the energy of Mikao Usui, they receive his teaching.
