MASSAGES FOR RELAXATION
A Welcome Wellness Break In today’s hectic pace of life, taking some time for a massage offers a rest, a moment for breathing. Sometimes considered a luxury, it’s a precious moment you give yourself, allowing you to disconnect from the daily grind, to connect with your body, and focus on yourself.
While the benefits of massages are firstly physical, they also lead to physiological and psychological benefits, resulting in a more complete and beneficial experience that significantly contributes to improving your physical and mental health.
You will choose either one of my wellness place in Lancieux or Rennes, either in the comfort of your own home. This moment will be like a suspended relaxation bubble.

A typical Tui Na session is practiced on a person dressed in comfortable clothes
lying on a massage table or sitting.
The pressure can be strong, medium but also very soft.
Digito pressure works by stimulating acupuncture points to treat internal diseases.

Do you use essential oil for relaxing massages ?
I usually use a neutral oil (coco or sesame) and always propose to add some drops of essential oil to support and enhance the benefits of the massage.
Lavander is for calming and soothing wether lemon or peppermint to tonify further your need and wishes.
.We will choose together if you will get the neutral oil, or if you like to add essentiel oil.
In case you would have allergies, I recommend bringing your own products.
