This course opens the doors to a 21-day journey of daily self-care practice to acquire a routine that will support self energy’s balance, to feel in harmony. Once familiar with the basics of Reiki, you will integrate this practice into your daily life at your own pace, wherever and whenever you want.
Beyond the energetic benefits, Reiki is a method that could be described as “magical” because of its simplicity, effectiveness, and the benefits that come from it. But you will find that this technique is simply natural, physical, and obvious; it can transform your life significantly.
How does this training proceed?
The level 1 course is structured so that you discover and learn to practice Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki, the more accurate to the teaching of Mikao Usui the founder of Reiki in Japan.
Morning time you will learn the principals of Reiki: What is it? How to use it? history and the benefits. Then you will receive an individual energy harmonization to open your energy channel.
During this eight-hour training, including breaks, you will receive a support booklet. We will book A two-hours meeting three or four weeks later that will allow us to meet again to practice together, share your experiences, and ask questions. At the end of this session you will receive your certification from the NPO Japan Reiki Association based in Japan.
You will also benefit from support during workshops and exchanges in a WhatsApp group throughout your journey with Reiki.
The cost of this training is 280 euros.
